Quarterly Highlights

•   Grade A CBD rents rose by 2.7% Y-o-Y to THB 1,009 per sq. m. per month.

•   The total net take-up for the overall market in Q3 2018 was 32,000 square metres, decreasing by -31.6% Y-o-Y.

•   The overall vacancy rate increased to 7.1%.

•   Singha Complex and Blossom Office were completed in this quarter with a combined net area of 61,000 sq. m.

•   870,000 square metres are under   construction and due for completion between 2018-2022 and about 1.7 million square metres of office space is being planned.
