High pre-letting rate slows take-up down with continued low vacancy

  • Office take-up in H2 2017 decreased by around 49% to ca. 105,000 sq m in comparison to H2 2016
  • Completions with around 120,000 sq m significantly higher than in H2 2016
  • Vacancy rate on the Viennese office market decreased slightly and amounted to 4.9%
  • Prime rent in the CBD and average locations remained unchanged, while rents in good locations recorded an increase of 1.5%
